Tanzania’s Minister of Minerals, Hon. Anthony Peter Mavunde (MP), has officially launched the construction of the Kinywe Graphite Mine in Mahenge, Ulanga District, Morogoro Region — a landmark project developed through an equity partnership between the Government of Tanzania (holding 16% ownership) and Black Rock Mining Limited (84%).
